This bezel collar is constructed out of marine grade plastic that is black with metallic gold specks and a matte finish. Manufacturer calls this bezel 4" but we measure it to be approximately 5 1/4" Dia. x 1 1/8" D overall with an interior cutout of approximately 3 3/8" ID.
